Great wee bus station, booking office staff very helpful and polite. Very good service, but fares are pretty expensive.
Had an appointment in Belfast on Saturday 9th June decided to take the park and ride at Tamnamore, rang Dungannon bus depot on friday to confirm time of departures was told bus would leave Dungannon at 10.20 arrive at park and ride 10.30. Parked at Tamnamore park and ride at 10.15 sun was shining shortly morePeople arrived eventually about 20 people were waiting ,10.30 came and went no bus I tried to phone couldn't get through. A lady who was partially sighted was also waiting she was heading to airport needed to be there on time as the airport bus was collecting her at 11.50 her flight was at 2pm, she eventually got through to ulsterbus who had no idea why the 10.30 bus hadn't arrived and all she could say was if the bus had left Dungannon depot full it probably had drove on to Belfast without stopping at the designated park and ride but she assured us the 11.00 o'clock would be arriving anytime. At 11.15 there was still no sign of any bus we had already been there an hour without any information ulsterbus was contacted again by the partially sighted passenger who was stressed out because she would miss her flight and had connecting trains already booked was unable to get any information from Ulsterbus, some people left and went home, eventually a bus turned up at 11.25 this was the 11.00 o'Clock bus. I was so stressed out as my appointment was 12.45 and i had chose this means of transport so I wouldn't be stressed needless to say I will never travel park and ride again with ulsterbus the complete lack of information was astounding and to be told that if the bus was full the driver would just bypass the park and ride without informing the people who were expecting to be picked up absolutely appalling. If the bus was full when it left dungannon why was another bus not sent directly to lift these passengers. Appalling service by ulsterbus!!! Leave the car at home they say take the bus complete joke.......
