Phoned on Monday the 31 of December with a Hyundai under warranty because the Tyre pressure light would not go out. I am sixty nine on the highest level of DLA because of spinal injuries and have five seized discs in my spine and i have very bad arthritis i phoned to see if i could call in on the seventh of January before or after a hospital appointment in the South Tyrone Hospital to just have the Tyre pressures fixed so the light would go out. and i met computer says no, ten minute fix for them was to much bother so now i have to travel to Charles Hurst in Dundonald all the way from Moira. Would i recommend Salt Marine. No way condescending and totally unhelpful on the phone with dates so far in the future that they were obviously a put of because totally unsuitable. May be they do not really like you if you do not buy your car from them. Phoned Hyundai in Dundonald where i bought the car and am now buying my daughter a Tucson on Wednesday. I was going to up in her car AS she is trading and then i rang and said do i need to book my car in for service to check the tyre pressure. Not at all Stephen come on up we will do it in no time they said. I said i also have a new phone will you connect it to Bluetooth, NP just take a salesman a few minutes. So there you go that's the difference in the two establishments.
Excellent customer care, friendly knowledgeable staff and a good selection of cars at good prices. Easily accessible as it's just off of the motorway. From arriving to getting my old car traded in to setting up the payment plan to driving away my new car took just over a day. No issues at all. 5*
